Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of bartending experience
- Knowledge of craft cocktails strongly preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs
- Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol in New York
- Energetic and approachable with strong people skills

Job Duties
- Welcome guests with professionalism, energy, and authenticity
- Build and serve cocktails with precision, consistency, and creativity
- Share knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage programs to enhance the guest experience
- Assemble, break down, and maintain the bar to ensure a clean and efficient operation
- Provide accurate and efficient payment processing
- Collaborate with fellow bartenders and servers to deliver seamless service
- Maintain proper sanitation and adhere to all state and city regulations
- Support the next shift by completing opening, closing, and side work duties
- Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements
- Continue to grow through ongoing training and development opportunities
