Job Requirements

Minimum of one (1) year of restaurant or bar experience required
Knowledge of bar prep, garnishes, batching, and basic cocktail standards
Comfortable using knives and other kitchen/bar equipment safely
Fun, energetic, and passionate about supporting an excellent guest experience
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs

Job Duties

Support bartenders by keeping the bar fully stocked with liquor, beer, wine, ice, and glassware
Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and efficiency throughout the shift
Assist in preparing garnishes, juices, and batched cocktails according to recipes
Properly label, date, cover, and rotate products to ensure freshness and compliance
Clean, sanitize, and safely use all bar tools and equipment in line with health standards
Perform opening, closing, and side work duties to prepare for smooth shifts
Assist with guest interactions by supporting bartenders and welcoming guests as needed
Communicate effectively with bartenders and managers to anticipate needs
Work collaboratively with teammates to set up the next shift for success
