At the University of Utah, Compass Group is currently seeking part-time Shake Smart Baristas to join their campus team. This position is located at 200 S Central Campus Drive, Room 30, Salt Lake City, UT 84112, and involves working in multiple campus locations with varying shift schedules between the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, with one location operating until midnight. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced foodservice environments and have a passion for coffee and customer service.

As a Shake Smart Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, and related food and beverage items while adhering to HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety and quality standards. The job requires interacting with customers and colleagues in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner, making sure customer satisfaction remains a top priority. You will accurately enter orders into the POS system, accept payments, replenish supplies, and maintain a clean and organized service area throughout your shift.

This role offers a competitive fixed pay rate of $15.00 per hour and includes perks such as complimentary shift meals and stipends for safety shoes for full-time employees.
