The Service Valet/Greeter position at Harbor Chevrolet in Long Beach is a key role within the Service Department, instrumental in shaping the initial and ongoing customer service experience. Job Duties
- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival to the service drive
- Assist customers with check-in procedures and direct them to appropriate service advisors
- Safely move and park customer vehicles in designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and customer waiting areas
- Retrieve customer vehicles upon service completion
- Assist with shuttle service or vehicle delivery as needed
- Provide general support to service advisors and technicians
- Ensure a positive and professional dealership image at all times
