The Service Valet is responsible for facilitating the smooth movement of vehicles throughout the service process, ensuring that the service drive and lot remain orderly and professional, and maintaining a high level of customer service. As a Service Valet at Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale, you will be responsible for tasks such as moving vehicles between the service lane, service stalls, and parking areas efficiently; managing vehicle flow in coordination with repair orders to ensure an organized service drive; and performing basic vehicle checks including fuel levels, oil, fluids, and tire conditions. Additionally, the role includes providing courtesy washes and assisting with general vehicle presentation to enhance the customer experience. You will also help maintain and organize essential service supplies like key tags, floor mats, and seat covers, as well as support service advisors, technicians, and other team members with daily operational needs. Throughout your shift, you will be expected to maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment while always delivering friendly and courteous customer interactions.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $16 and follows a schedule with varying shifts from Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm.
