The Service Support Playmaker role at the Topgolf Fort Myers location is central to maintaining the high standards of guest service and operational excellence. This position involves direct interaction with Players, ensuring their needs are met promptly and with a positive attitude. Duties include delivering food and drinks to game bays, assisting with beverage preparation, maintaining cleanliness and stock of service areas, and supporting the team in various tasks as needed. The role demands physical stamina, as it requires lifting up to 50 pounds, being on feet for extended periods, and performing a variety of active tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy
- deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently making sure every Player has what they need for an awesome experience
- assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages
- maintain clean and stocked service areas
- bus bays and tables
- fold napkins to Topgolf standards
- jump in to support the team where needed including restocking stations, helping on the tee line or keeping common areas clean
- adhere to safety and sanitation standards ensuring a clean and safe environment
