We are currently seeking a Service Porter to join our dedicated team at Porsche Monterey. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19 to $21, depending on your experience and skills, with a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. As a Service Porter, you will play a key role in the service department by ensuring that customers receive prompt and courteous attention from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will extend beyond customer interaction to include vehicle preparation, movement, and organization within the service area. You will be the friendly face greeting customers and assisting them with their vehicles, from installing protective seat covers and floor mats to driving vehicles safely between the service lanes and parking lots.

The role of Service Porter at Porsche Monterey demands a strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency, ensuring that the workflow of the service department remains smooth and efficient. This position also includes some clerical duties, supporting the Service Receptionist with tasks like answering phone calls and maintaining an organized work environment. In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring dealership safety and reporting any issues that could affect the integrity or well-being of our customers, employees, or property. A valid local driver's license with an acceptable driving record is essential, as is the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
