Job Description

The hiring establishment is a reputable restaurant recognized for its commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences through excellent food quality, unmatched customer service, and efficient operations. This restaurant operates within the hospitality industry and embraces a customer-centric philosophy focusing on professionalism, teamwork, and a productive work environment. The company prides itself on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and employee development, making it an employer of choice for those passionate about the foodservice sector.

This full-time Service Manager position plays a crucial leadership role, responsible for front-end management and overseeing all restaurant activities to ensure alignment with the company’s standardized policies and procedures. The Service Manager is entrusted with the operational success of the restaurant by providing efficient, friendly service and consistently meeting or exceeding guest expectations. This role requires a dedicated professional adept at managing staff, driving sales, and maintaining quality, appearance, and sanitization standards throughout the facility.

Working as a Service Manager means taking charge of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment where your role impacts every aspect of the dining experience—from ensuring food is served according to strict recipes and portion controls to cash handling and compliance with health and safety laws. This position also includes stepping in for assistant or general managers as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have previous restaurant experience, preferably in management, and be committed to fostering a welcoming atmosphere where employees are trained, motivated, and developed continuously. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential as you prepare schedules, reports, and manage inventory while reinforcing company policies and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. This position also requires a hands-on approach, as the Service Manager will actively support team members to enhance guest service standards and overall satisfaction.

The company values work-life balance and rewards employees with competitive benefits, including paid vacation and sick time, 401(k) plans for both part-time and full-time employees, and comprehensive health benefits encompassing medical, dental, and vision coverage after 60 days of employment. This investment in employee well-being underscores the employer’s commitment to building a long-term, motivated workforce in a supportive environment.

This service management opportunity is ideal for someone eager to contribute to a thriving restaurant dedicated to quality and service excellence, providing both career growth and the chance to lead a prosperous team in the hospitality industry.
