The Service Leader role at Chipotle represents an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to join a mission-driven company focused on making better food accessible to everyone. This full-time position is pivotal in maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring that safe, high-quality food is prepared and served consistently. Service Leaders at Chipotle play a critical role in training and mentoring restaurant crew members, fostering an environment of teamwork and excellence. As a key leader on the front lines, you will contribute directly to the restaurant's operational success and the overall customer experience.

Service Leaders are expected to uphold Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy, ensuring that every dish served meets the company’s high standards. You will be actively involved in maintaining clean and organized workstations and line equipment to provide efficient service. Moreover, this role comes with the opportunity to grow professionally, as Chipotle encourages career advancement and development within the company, with many managers having started as crew members themselves. The job offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition assistance for select degrees, free meals, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holiday closures, and digital tips.
