Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- prior restaurant experience
- knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
- understanding of food safety standards
- ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the location
- ability to stand and be active during shifts
- willingness to assist coworkers and multitask
- basic familiarity with office administrative tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- restaurant experience
- knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
- understanding of food safety and health department regulations
- familiarity with office paperwork and basic administrative duties
- ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
- demonstrated customer service skills
- leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Job Duties
- Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
- help resolve food quality issues
- support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, and monitoring time and temperature
- monitor secondary shelf lives and ensure food safety checklists are followed
- help resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences
- monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules
- develop and cross train front of house crew
- assist with crew performance reviews
- develop future Service Leaders
- assist with office duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork
- ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and ordered as necessary
