The Service Leader role at Chipotle is central to maintaining the restaurant’s high standards of customer service, food quality, and safety. Job Requirements

  • Restaurant experience
  • Ability to articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy
  • Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters
  • Familiarity with office paperwork
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location

Job Duties

  • Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Helping to resolve food quality issues
  • Supporting food safety including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, shelf lives, and daily safety checklists
  • Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences
  • Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules
  • Developing and cross training all front of house crew
  • Assisting with crew performance reviews
  • Developing future Service Leaders
  • Assisting with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork
  • Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained
