The role of a Service Leader at Chipotle is a pivotal position that goes beyond the traditional fast-food experience to ensure every guest receives a positive, high-quality dining encounter. Additionally, this role entails responsibilities such as training and developing front-of-house crew members, assisting with crew performance reviews, and helping develop future leaders within the team. It also involves administrative duties including cash handling, banking, paperwork, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. This is a full-time role with a competitive base pay range typically between $22.85 and $25.44 per hour, with eligibility for digital tips and comprehensive benefits. Chipotle offers numerous employee benefits including tuition assistance, paid time off, health insurance, and opportunities for career advancement.
