Job Description
Fred Anderson Honda of Greenville, a respected part of the Anderson Automotive Group, is seeking to expand its team with a Service Greeter who embodies energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for customer service excellence. The Anderson Automotive Group is a family owned and operated business with over sixty-five years of automotive history, proudly representing a broad spectrum of world-class manufacturers like Toyota, Subaru, Nissan, Kia, Buick, GMC, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Acura, and Honda. Located in thriving markets in the southeast, Anderson Automotive has built a strong foundation since its inception in 1955, deeply rooted in philanthropy and community development. This legacy propels the company’s drive towards becoming a progressive, world-class retailer and service provider, emphasizing the importance of every associate in achieving collective success.
The role of Service Greeter at Fred Anderson Honda is vital as the initial point of contact for customers visiting for vehicle maintenance and repairs. Service Greeters must provide a warm, inviting, and professional experience to all guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. This position suits individuals with dynamic and outgoing personalities who excel at communication and organization and can efficiently manage customer interactions. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting them upon arrival, and managing the movement of vehicles in the service drive. Holding a valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is mandatory, as the job requires driving customer vehicles within the service area.
This opportunity offers more than just a role; it provides a career pathway in an industry filled with exciting advancements—from keyless entry to electric vehicles—and ongoing innovation. Anderson Automotive Group ensures a supportive workplace culture that promotes caring, belonging, and respect among all employees. The company invests in its team through leadership development, cutting-edge training, and learning programs, fostering an environment where employees can thrive and grow.
Candidates can expect competitive compensation plans paired with a comprehensive benefits package, including health and behavioral telehealth services, a 401k plan with company match, employee discounts on parts, services, and vehicle purchases, as well as paid time off and industry-leading maternity and paternity leave. Employee recognition and referral programs further enhance the rewarding work environment.
Fred Anderson Honda encourages applications from individuals who value teamwork, community impact, and personal growth within the automotive sector. This is a unique chance to join a reputable and stable company that has remained a leader in automotive service and retail. You will be part of a community where your work directly contributes to the company’s ongoing excellence and customer satisfaction, making every customer interaction count while advancing your career in a forward-thinking industry.
