- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- physical stamina to stand and lift items
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends

- assemble sushi and sliced meats and cheeses
- assemble take-and-bake pizzas
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards
