Job Requirements

At least 1 year of concierge, receptionist, or some cashier experience
customer service experience

Job Qualifications

Level of client service with focus on building relationship of trust, empathy, and enthusiasm with each owner
experience handling inbound client calls and managing inquiries
ability to act as liaison between clients and dealerships providing excellent service
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to return messages promptly and follow up effectively
understanding of client communication preferences
experience following up on issues or concerns to resolution
ability to interact with multiple departments and contacts

Job Duties

Handle inbound client calls regarding sales and service inquiries or concerns
act as a liaison between clients and dealership departments
return all voicemail and email messages promptly
follow up with clients and dealers as expected
understand client communication preferences and style
follow up on issues to resolution or escalation
interact with all internal and external departments and contacts
serve as backup cashier
perform additional duties as assigned
