Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of concierge, receptionist, or some cashier experience
  • customer service experience

  • Level of client service with focus on building relationship of trust, empathy, and enthusiasm with each owner
  • experience handling inbound client calls and managing inquiries
  • ability to act as liaison between clients and dealerships providing excellent service
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to return messages promptly and follow up effectively
  • understanding of client communication preferences
  • experience following up on issues or concerns to resolution
  • ability to interact with multiple departments and contacts

Job Duties

  • Handle inbound client calls regarding sales and service inquiries or concerns
  • act as a liaison between clients and dealership departments
  • return all voicemail and email messages promptly
  • follow up with clients and dealers as expected
  • understand client communication preferences and style
  • follow up on issues to resolution or escalation
  • interact with all internal and external departments and contacts
  • serve as backup cashier
  • perform additional duties as assigned
