The Service Assistant role at Tesla is an integral part of maintaining the high standards and remarkable customer experiences the company is known for. This position involves working closely with Tesla’s Service teams to support vehicle maintenance and repair operations while delivering exceptional service to customers. The Service Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring smooth vehicle handling, cleanliness, and operational efficiency within the service center. Responsibilities include vehicle cleaning, transporting vehicles between production, service, and sales departments, and assisting with parts logistics and shop management. The role demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of working both independently and collaboratively to meet the needs of the business. From routine vehicle washing and minor detailing to supporting truck and trailer maintenance, the Service Assistant’s work ensures seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates for this position will have a valid driver's license, strong work ethic, and the physical ability to lift heavy items, typically between 50 to 60 pounds. Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-player attitude are essential for success in this role.
