With a strong commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive workplace culture, Atria emphasizes employee growth, wellness, and work-life balance, ensuring team members receive the training and advancement opportunities they need to build fulfilling careers. This dynamic community-centric organization values every employee and continuously invests in their development and wellbeing through competitive benefits and rewards programs.
The role available is for a full-time Server in one of Atria Senior Living's communities, offering an hourly wage ranging from $16.90 to $20.28, depending on prior experience and work history. As a Server with Atria, you will play an essential role in creating a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service by setting and clearing tables, taking restaurant orders from residents, and ensuring every dining interaction is pleasant and personalized. Apart from routine meal service, you will also assist in the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events, contributing to the smooth operation of the dining venue.
This position does not require prior experience, as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided to help you master the responsibilities and succeed in your role. The environment encourages teamwork and positive relationships not only with your colleagues but importantly with the residents, making each day rewarding as you impact their daily lives positively. Atria values diversity and is committed to an equal opportunity employment policy, supporting an inclusive culture regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, or any other protected status.

Anniversary rewards start at $500 for full-time employees, and additional annual performance-based rewards are available based on community survey results. The benefits package also includes comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance, along with a retirement savings plan featuring an employer 401(k) match. For those pursuing further education, tuition reimbursement is available at US-based communities, providing an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while being supported financially.
