Atria Senior Living is currently seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Servers. This full-time position offers a competitive wage range from $15.69 to $18.83 per hour, which is dependent on prior work history and experience. The Server role is vital in enhancing the dining experience for residents by providing excellent customer service and attentiveness. As a Server at Atria, the primary responsibility is to ensure that dining services run smoothly and that residents feel comfortable and welcomed during meal times. Servers will set and clear tables, take dining orders, and assist with meal preparation and delivery. They play an important part in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the dining areas, including carpets, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment. Additionally, Servers help residents familiarize themselves with dining options and menus, contributing to a positive and inclusive community atmosphere.
