Job Requirements

Minimum of 18 years of age to serve liquor
Ability to work late-night shifts, potentially between 12 AM - 3 AM
Works assigned scheduled shifts
Alcohol awareness certification required
Food handling certificate a plus
Fluent in English
Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
Ability to transport items up to 30 pounds
Remain in stationary position up to 4 hours during shift
Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Follow all image and appearance standards
Maintain a positive attitude and provide the best service possible
Promptly and courteously greet guests
Guide guests through beverage and food ordering process, making specific suggestions
Confidently describe and sell all items on the food and beverage menus
Deliver beverages and food efficiently while maintaining engagement
Close guest experience by collecting payment and inviting them back
Clean and prepare tables for new guests
Support restaurant maintenance by stocking supplies and keeping a clean environment
Practice teamwork during all shifts and support FOH and BOH priorities
Work cohesively with all team members
Be flexible to assist other departments as requested
Work well under pressure
Follow the direction of the managers on duty
Support and follow all marketing initiatives
