Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a server or hospitality role
  • Knowledge of the food industry and culinary terminology
  • Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
  • Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to help with bussing tables or other tasks as needed

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their dining experience
  • Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
