We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic servers to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role offers competitive pay rates ranging from $17.00 to $31.00 per hour, flexible scheduling, and ample opportunities for career advancement within our organization. As a server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. You will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking accurate food and drink orders, offering menu recommendations, and ensuring that all orders are delivered promptly. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to serving duties, you will collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and coordinated service. Your role will involve maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, handling guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, and contributing to a positive and productive team atmosphere. We value individuals who are adaptable and eager to participate in various tasks including bussing tables when necessary. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in hospitality or serving roles, knowledge of food industry terminology, and familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha is a plus.
