Job Requirements

Previous experience in a server or hospitality role
Knowledge of the food industry and culinary terminology
Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to help with bussing tables or other tasks as needed

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their dining experience
Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
