The role is crucial to enhancing the overall guest experience, as it involves constant engagement with patrons to confirm satisfaction with each food and beverage course. Servers must maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times, follow company safety and security policies, and take part in mandatory safety training. This position demands a balance of physical stamina, manual dexterity, and interpersonal skills, as it requires handling various tasks such as lifting moderate weights, navigating the space safely, and using fine motor skills for serving and accurate order handling.

Ideal candidates are those who have at least one year of related work experience, high school education or G.E.D. equivalent, and a positive, service-oriented attitude aligned with Westin’s wellness-focused brand vision. There is no supervisory requirement, making it accessible for individuals looking to build or enhance a career within the hospitality industry.
