- At least two years of experience in NYC restaurants
- Passion for wine
- Ability to work Wednesday through Sunday
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Full-time availability preferred but minimum Friday to Sunday
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Eligibility to work in the United States

- Serve food and wine to guests
- Assist with all tasks related to food and wine service

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming dining experience
- Support bar and rôtisserie service as needed
