Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to read, write, and understand written and spoken English
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies including drug, alcohol, and smoking regulations

Job Duties

  • Serve all guests with interest, speed, and attention to detail according to our service standards
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and drink orders quickly and courteously to guest
  • Be prepared to supply guests with information about your restaurant and the company
  • Perform opening, running, shift change and closing duties including side work as assigned by management or shift leaders
  • Complete side work duties posted and verified by manager or shift leader
  • Maintain professionalism by never complaining about guests or discussing tips
  • Demonstrate skills in quality, quantity, safety, punctuality, and work attendance
