Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to read, write, and understand English
- basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- ability to apply common sense and carry out detailed but uncomplicated instructions

Job Duties
- serve all guests with interest, speed, and attention to detail according to our service standards
- ensure timely delivery of food and drink orders quickly and courteously to guests
- be prepared to supply guests with information about the restaurant and the company
- complete opening, running, shift change, and closing duties as assigned
- read and complete all side work duties posted
- have all side work checked by management or shift leaders
- maintain professionalism and avoid complaints about guests
- keep confidentiality about tips or tip shares
- collaborate with shift leaders and management for duty assignments
