Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • one to three months related experience or training
  • ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
  • effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group situations
  • ability to read, write, and understand English
  • basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • ability to apply common sense and carry out detailed but uncomplicated instructions

Job Duties

  • serve all guests with interest, speed, and attention to detail according to our service standards
  • ensure timely delivery of food and drink orders quickly and courteously to guests
  • be prepared to supply guests with information about the restaurant and the company
  • complete opening, running, shift change, and closing duties as assigned
  • read and complete all side work duties posted
  • have all side work checked by management or shift leaders
  • maintain professionalism and avoid complaints about guests
  • keep confidentiality about tips or tip shares
  • collaborate with shift leaders and management for duty assignments
