Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices

- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Friendly, professional, and energetic personality
- Basic organizational skills
Job Duties
- Serve meals to residents following Hawthorn procedures in a courteous and friendly manner
- Present meals and meal alternatives to residents and guests
- Communicate clearly and concisely with residents
- Maintain knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Work efficiently under time constraints and meet deadlines
- Provide excellent customer service with hospitality, integrity, and compassion
- Maintain a clean and organized dining environment
