We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Server's Assistant/Food Runner to join our renowned team at The Eagle's Nest. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and efficient dining experience by providing integral support to servers, promptly delivering food orders, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
The Server's Assistant/Food Runner will act as a vital link between the kitchen and the dining room, ensuring that guest orders are delivered accurately and in a timely fashion. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in the fast-paced environment of a busy, upscale restaurant. The role involves a mix of physical tasks such as carrying and delivering food, clearing tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the service areas.

Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, typically 6-8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform tasks involving bending, stooping, and reaching
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent movement
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment supporting servers and kitchen staff
- High energy, positive attitude, and commitment to excellent service
Job Duties
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure all orders are delivered correctly according to guest specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, dining room, and service areas
- Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure a clean dining environment for all guests
- Support servers with refilling drinks, providing extra utensils, and attending to guest needs as required
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure efficient service
- Monitor and stock supplies, such as napkins, silverware, and condiments, throughout the shift
