The Server position at Red Robin plays a crucial role in delivering the signature dining experience that the company promises. Servers are responsible for taking customer orders using handheld technology, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of food and beverages, and creating a fun, satisfying atmosphere for guests. This role is part of the Front of House service team and requires exceptional customer service skills to engage guests effectively and ensure a memorable visit. The position offers a base pay rate of $16.90 plus tips, with substantial earning opportunities through gratuities. Servers must be at least 18 years old and can enjoy a flexible work schedule, allowing for balance and convenience in their personal and professional lives. Employees receive a 50 percent discount on Red Robin food and a 25 percent discount for family members, in addition to referral bonuses for recruiting new team members.
