As a Server at Red Robin, you will play a crucial role in creating a fun and satisfying dining experience for all guests. This position is part of the Front of House service team and involves taking orders with handheld technology, delivering food and beverages accurately and promptly, and ensuring guests feel welcome and valued throughout their visit. Excellent customer service skills are essential in this role, as the server is the direct face of the restaurant’s hospitality. Along with a base pay rate of $12.14 per hour plus tips, servers at Red Robin have the opportunity to earn additional compensation through tips, referral bonuses, and participation in the employee stock purchase program after meeting eligibility requirements.
