The Bay Host position at Topgolf is a dynamic and exciting role designed for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in fast-paced, energetic environments. As a Bay Host, you will be the face of Topgolf, warmly welcoming players to their bays and ensuring their visit is filled with enjoyment and memorable moments. This role demands a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with fellow Playmakers to enhance the overall guest experience. You will actively engage players by sharing information about the various entertainment options available, including food, beverages, and gaming products, and tailor your recommendations to meet their desires. Key responsibilities include efficiently taking orders, suggesting menu items, and maintaining clean and organized bay areas to promote a fun and safe atmosphere.

In addition to serving food and beverages, you will play a key role in upholding Topgolf's commitment to safety and sanitation standards. The physical nature of the job requires stamina and the ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, as well as being on your feet for most of your shift. The position involves multitasking and quick thinking, especially during busy periods, ensuring that every player receives attentive and timely service without compromising quality or safety.
