Job Duties
- Warmly welcome and professionally greet guests
- efficiently seat and section guests according to arrival order and reservation status
- present menus with detailed knowledge and answer questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and food pairings
- offer personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions
- provide attentive and unobtrusive service throughout the dining experience, ensuring guests' needs are anticipated and met
- deliver food and beverages with impeccable timing and presentation
- address guest concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring their satisfaction
