  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • ability to work independently and in a team

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcome and professionally greet guests
  • efficiently seat and section guests according to arrival order and reservation status
  • present menus with detailed knowledge and answer questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and food pairings
  • offer personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions
  • provide attentive and unobtrusive service throughout the dining experience, ensuring guests' needs are anticipated and met
  • deliver food and beverages with impeccable timing and presentation
  • address guest concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring their satisfaction
