Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to stand for entire shifts and bend, stoop, and twist as needed
- able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs
- energetic, team-oriented, and committed to having fun and hustling every shift
Job Qualifications
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- previous experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- energetic and personable with a positive attitude
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- serve meals and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction
- manage guest requests and resolve any complaints or issues in a courteous manner
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server station
- process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions responsibly
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience
