Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to stand for entire shift and bend, stoop, and twist as needed
- able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs
- energetic and team-oriented
- committed to having fun and hustling every shift
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and outgoing personality
- basic math skills for processing transactions
Job Duties
- greet and seat customers promptly and courteously
- take accurate food and beverage orders
- deliver orders to tables efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- promote menu items and specials to guests
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
