Job Requirements

Legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
Capacity to stand and be active for long periods during shifts
Ability to maintain a positive demeanor under pressure
Willingness to work day, night, and weekend shifts
Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience serving food and beverages in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and popular environment
Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations

Job Duties

Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
Connect the dots on why players are visiting and share all that Topgolf offers
Recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to the visit to enhance player experience and drive sales
Take orders quickly and accurately
Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space
Work collaboratively with fellow playmakers to deliver outstanding player experiences
Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to provide a clean and safe environment
