Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to stand for the entire shift and bend, stoop, and twist as needed
- Able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs
- Energetic, team-oriented, and committed to having fun and hustling every shift
- Legal authorization to work in the country
- Must have reliable transportation to the workplace
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and energetic attitude
- Take and accurately deliver food and drink orders to guests
- Provide detailed menu explanations and recommendations
- Ensure timely and attentive service to all guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
