We are currently seeking a professional and experienced restaurant server to join our team. This role is critical in delivering the WOB promise of "lifting customers' spirits one glass at a time." The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and maintain a positive, high-energy demeanor that aligns with our goal of finding fun in the moment and lifting the mood of every guest. Serving at WOB means engaging customers with knowledge and enthusiasm for our quality craft food and beverage offerings, helping them explore our extensive World of Beer selection, and ensuring their entire dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

As a server, you will play a key role in the customer journey from greeting guests and guiding them to their tables to presenting menus and suggesting food and drink options tailored to enhance their visit. You will take and accurately relay orders to the kitchen and bar team while ensuring prompt and courteous service throughout. Checking back with customers to ensure satisfaction and swiftly addressing any issues will be part of your daily responsibilities. Additionally, you will handle payment transactions efficiently and maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
