- Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
- Basic math skills and responsible money handling
- Ability to operate a point-of-sale system
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of up to 10 hours
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver trays weighing 20 to 25 pounds
