Job Description

This job opportunity is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, one of the most recognized and beloved fast-food restaurant chains known for its Mexican-inspired menu. Taco Bell franchisees are independent business owners, separate from Taco Bell Corporation and its affiliates, which means that the employment terms such as wage and benefit programs are determined individually by each franchisee and may vary. Working with a franchisee allows employees to experience the dynamic environment of a popular quick-service restaurant while contributing to the local community through personalized customer service and teamwork.

The role of the Team Member as a Service Champion is crucial to ensuring a positive dining experience for customers. As a team member, you will be the friendly face that greets customers upon arrival, whether they are dining in or using the drive-thru service. Your responsibilities will extend to taking accurate orders, processing payments efficiently, and ensuring customers leave satisfied by thanking them sincerely. Beyond customer interaction, this role involves preparing and assembling food and beverage orders to meet quality standards, ensuring each order is complete and correct before serving. Maintaining cleanliness and safety within both the work and dining areas is also an essential duty to support a comfortable and safe environment for customers and staff alike.

Success in this role requires a proactive and friendly attitude towards customers, teammates, and managers. You will embody behaviors that promote a supportive and efficient team atmosphere, such as being helpful, communicating positively, solving any food or service concerns promptly, and accepting coaching to improve your performance. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to follow instructions and food safety standards
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties
