Led by award-winning Chef Roberto Alcocer, Valle9 showcases bold and innovative cuisine crafted from the freshest local farms and seafood, pairing each dish with an exquisite selection of Mexican wines. Located by the seaside, the restaurant offers guests stunning ocean views from its dining veranda, providing an intimate and memorable dining experience. Guests can choose from a Chef's tasting menu or an a la carte selection, and for special celebratory occasions, there is an exclusive private dining room accommodating up to eight guests.

The Server at Valle9 is responsible for showcasing the restaurant's food and beverage offerings with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing guests with detailed menu knowledge and thoughtful recommendations that enhance their dining experience. Engagement with guests through casual conversation and personalized service is essential in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the high standards of the establishment. This role is hourly, with a competitive pay rate of $17.85 per hour, and is supported by Hyatt's comprehensive benefits package. Job Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in fine dining or Michelin Star rated restaurant
- knowledge of wine pairings
- preferred experience in fine dining Mexican cuisine restaurant
- knowledge of Forbes standards
- genuine desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to quality, excellence, and genuine hospitality
- refined verbal communication skills
- physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- ability to repetitively lift, push, pull, and carry up to 15 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 75 lbs
- ability to twist, bend, squat frequently
- ability to kneel or crawl occasionally
- ability to climb a ladder infrequently
- ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements, pushing and pulling, simple grasping frequently
- squeezing, overhead reaching, and fine manipulation occasionally
