Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age to comply with alcohol service regulations
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Commitment to Landry's Be FAIR ideals of being Friendly, Accommodating, Inclusive and Respectful
- Previous fine dining experience preferred
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service to guests in an upscale dining environment

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Upsell menu items and provide detailed knowledge of dishes and beverages
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
