Job Description
Peter Piper Pizza is a well-established family-friendly restaurant brand known for delivering quality food, engaging entertainment, and creating lifelong memories. As part of CEC Entertainment, LLC, a nationally recognized leader in family dining and entertainment, Peter Piper Pizza operates alongside other iconic brands such as Chuck E. Cheese and Chuck's Arcade. The company proudly runs over 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues across 45 states and 18 countries, providing customers a neighborhood pizzeria experience where fun is an integral part of the environment — "The Fun is Baked In." CEC Entertainment emphasizes community, quality, and safety, maintaining rigorous health and sanitation standards to protect the well-being of guests and team members alike.
The Server role at Peter Piper Pizza is a vital position focusing on ensuring every guest leaves happy by providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Servers are responsible for interacting with guests to take orders, deliver food promptly, process payments, and respond appropriately to any customer concerns. This role offers an opportunity to learn all aspects of restaurant operations, including guest service, food preparation, and handling cash. Peter Piper Pizza values team member growth, with a clear history of promoting from within, as evidenced by the fact that roughly 70 percent of the management team started as hourly team members. The company embraces an innovative pay program called "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow," which allows employees to access their earned wages immediately rather than waiting for a traditional paycheck.
Working at Peter Piper Pizza means joining a high-energy, collaborative team that is dedicated to creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for families and individuals. Hourly roles include positions such as front of house, birthday host or hostess, cashier, and game room attendant, allowing team members to diversify their skills and find a niche that fits their interests and strengths. The company supports its employees nationwide through comprehensive benefits designed to promote health, financial stability, and career growth. Part-time employees have access to fixed indemnity medical, dental, and vision coverage, while full-time employees enjoy more comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, life and disability insurance, retirement plans, and education support.
Peter Piper Pizza fosters a culture of diversity and inclusion, committed to reflecting the varied backgrounds and perspectives of the guests they serve. The company operates as an equal opportunity employer, welcoming applicants regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, disability status, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. At Peter Piper Pizza, the focus is on ensuring a safe, supportive, and fun workplace where every team member can thrive and make meaningful contributions.
