The resort is currently inviting applications for the position of Server at Sweetfire Kitchen, a signature dining venue within the property. This role is fundamental to the hospitality team, focusing on delivering excellent food and beverage service while creating memorable dining experiences for guests. The employment type for this position is full-time, requiring morning availability with shifts starting as early as 6 a.m., seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. Candidates are expected to have at least two years of prior serving experience and possess a bright, team-oriented personality that thrives in a dynamic service environment.
As a Food Server at Sweetfire Kitchen, you will not only take and deliver orders but also act as an ambassador of hospitality, spreading warmth and light that enhance the overall guest experience. Mastery of the menu is essential, as you will be required to confidently discuss menu items, promotions, and specials with guests. Efficiency, attention to detail, and care in serving are critical components of the role. You will be responsible for managing the food service station, ensuring it is stocked, clean, and well-organized at all times. Compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations is mandatory to maintain the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
