Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must obtain and maintain relevant certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler’s Card
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical activities such as lifting and bending
- Willingness to follow company policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and ensuring every need is met from start to finish
- Know the menu inside and out including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately, ensuring orders are spot-on
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized service area
- Handle payment transactions with precision and follow all company and security protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas in compliance with hygiene regulations and certification standards
- Stay energized and physically capable to perform duties requiring lifting, bending, and extensive movement throughout shifts
