Job Description

Pyramid Global Hospitality is a premier hospitality management company with an extensive portfolio that includes more than 200 hotels and resorts and employs over 18,000 associates located across the United States, Caribbean, and Europe. The company operates through several well-regarded platforms such as Benchmark Resorts & Hotels, known for its distinctive independent properties; Axiom Hospitality, which manages hotels in Europe; and PYRAMIDWORKS, which specializes in integrated workplace and facility services. With corporate offices in Boston, The Woodlands, Texas, and London, Pyramid combines the scale of a global enterprise with a hands-on approach that emphasizes operational excellence, exceptional service, and lasting partnerships.

Pyramid Global Hospitality fosters a supportive, respectful, and empowering environment for its associates, encouraging career growth through collaboration with seasoned leaders, meaningful stretch assignments, and exposure to a diverse array of properties, brands, and markets. The company values its people as the cornerstone of its success and is dedicated to offering development opportunities whether one is at the start of their hospitality career or an experienced industry professional. This commitment has earned Pyramid and its properties significant recognition, including being named among the best places to work by USA Today, The Boston Globe, and The Houston Chronicle, as well as receiving top travel accolades from prestigious publications like Travel + Leisure, Condé Nast Traveler, Forbes Travel Guide, and U.S. News & World Report.

One of Pyramid's standout properties is the Rand Tower, Minneapolis, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. Known for consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences, Rand Tower prides itself on being an Employer of Choice that prioritizes the well-being of its associates alongside guest satisfaction. The hotel is dedicated to providing a workplace where employees can thrive, enjoy their work, and contribute meaningfully to the company's ongoing growth and success.

Currently, Rand Tower is inviting applications for the role of Restaurant Server. This role is vital in delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining experiences. As a Restaurant Server at Rand Tower, you will be the face of the restaurant, responsible for ensuring guests enjoy impeccable service from the moment they enter until their departure. Duties include preparing the restaurant before service, warmly greeting guests, guiding them through the menu with descriptive selling, accurately taking orders, collaborating with kitchen and bar staff, and resolving any guest concerns effectively. The position requires an engaging personality, strong knowledge of food and beverages including wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation for the Restaurant Server position starts at $16.37 per hour. Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer that celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Actual compensation packages are tailored based on individual skills, experience, certifications, and the specific location, taking local labor cost factors into account.
