The Server position at Legends Global plays a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience within the Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat environments at various stadiums and venues. This role requires an individual who can deliver impeccable, personalized service with attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset. Servers at Legends Global are expected to exceed guest expectations by providing timely and courteous food and beverage service, including serving various drinks such as wine, draft, and bottled beer, as well as soda and water.
Working in dynamic and fast-paced event settings, the Server collaborates closely with associates and other service departments to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities include not only serving guests but also supporting service staff by handling clearing, cleaning, and running food, as well as performing opening, closing, and side duties as assigned. Knowledge of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium enhances the ability to serve guests effectively and provide a comprehensive hospitality experience.
The role requires candidates to have a minimum of two to three years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-end club or restaurant environment. Must be at least 18 years old and capable of multi-tasking efficiently while maintaining compliance with company service standards. The physical demands of the job include the ability to lift and transport items weighing between 10 to 30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds, and to perform production tasks that require constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
