Job Requirements
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods up to 8 hours
- strong customer service skills required
- one year of high volume server experience

- ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet all guests with genuine hospitality
- take guest's drink and food orders
- ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
- suggest different drinks, appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and coffee
- work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
- confirm orders with the baristas, chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
- assist with setting and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties
