Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must comply with health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Delight our guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all interactions and proactively enhancing their meal experience
  • Master the menu by learning all details of menu items, promotions, and specials to confidently assist and answer guests’ questions
  • Serve food and beverage orders with efficiency and care by taking orders, entering them into the point-of-sale system, and delivering promptly
  • Manage the food service station by ensuring it is fully stocked, clean, and organized at all times
  • Comply with regulatory standards relating to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness to maintain guest and team member well-being
