We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Server to join our hospitality team on a part-time basis at our Eastcastle Place location. This role operates within a no-tip facility, offering $17.00 per hour. Our schedule includes weekday shifts from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, along with every other weekend involving Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. As a Server at Eastcastle Place, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful dining experiences by serving meals and beverages with warmth, precision, and professionalism.

The Server plays an essential role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, catering to individual resident preferences, and supporting the overall dining experience that enhances community engagement and satisfaction. This position emphasizes quality service delivery, teamwork with culinary and dietary staff, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment. Whether setting tables, taking residents' orders, or assisting during special events, you will be a key player in elevating the hospitality standards at one of the region's most respected senior living facilities.

Our ideal candidate will bring 1 to 3 years of hospitality experience, preferably in senior living or healthcare settings, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a capability to multitask efficiently, and a genuine passion for helping others.
