We are currently seeking a Server to join our exceptional culinary team. This role is pivotal in maintaining a fine dining atmosphere that ensures residents receive excellent customer service and enjoy their dining experience to the fullest. The Server will work closely with the Director of Culinary Services and Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food offerings and dining programs. Key responsibilities include setting tables according to ESL standards, serving beverages, taking and delivering meal orders accurately, and communicating resident preferences for continuous menu improvement. The Server also plays a role in special events and banquets, helping to prepare and execute themed meals that add variety and excitement to the dining experience. Cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas and equipment are essential to uphold quality and safety standards. This position requires strong interpersonal skills to create a warm, welcoming environment and promote teamwork among dining and kitchen staff.
