Job Description

Artisanal Brewing Ventures (ABV) is a leading regional craft alcohol company in the United States, recognized as one of the top 10 in its category. ABV represents a family of five well-established craft brands, including Victory Brewing, Bold Rock Cider, Sixpoint Brewery, Southern Tier Brewing, and Southern Tier Distilling. Collectively, these brands boast more than 75 years of experience in producing high-quality craft beverages. ABV operates across five states—New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, and North Carolina—with multiple taprooms, production facilities, and a corporate headquarters. The company prides itself on its commitment to quality, innovation, and community, fostering a workplace culture that values collaboration, passion for craft, and continuous improvement.

Joining ABV means becoming part of a passionate community united by a love for exceptional beer, cider, and the meticulous craft behind these products. The company emphasizes not only the final product but also the spirit of curiosity that drives employees to learn, innovate, and perfect their craft continually. ABV offers competitive compensation, flexible schedules, a referral program, ample product discounts, and diverse opportunities for growth within its successful family of brands.

The Server position at Victory Brewing, a brand under the ABV umbrella, is a critical role that upholds the company’s reputation for quality and hospitality. As a Server, you will be the face of the brand within the taproom, providing table service that combines deep knowledge of craft beverages and food service with exceptional customer interaction. This role requires engaging with guests to educate them about the products and brewing processes while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable taproom experience. Reporting to the General Manager or Front of House Manager, the Server is essential in maintaining high standards of service and contributing to a positive atmosphere.

The responsibilities include greeting guests promptly, ensuring the dining area and tables are well-prepared, accurately taking and delivering orders, and addressing any issues with food or service to ensure satisfaction. You will also handle payments, assist with maintaining cleanliness, and participate in side duties that support the efficient operation of the taproom. The position demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure in a team-oriented environment, and physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays weighing up to 20 pounds.

This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for hospitality and craft beverages, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. While previous serving experience is preferred, dedication to exceptional customer service and a collaborative spirit are highly valued. ABV is committed to creating memorable guest experiences and advancing the craft beverage industry through a dedicated, knowledgeable team. Joining ABV as a Server means contributing to a brand with deep roots in craft brewing and being part of a vibrant community that celebrates quality and creativity in every pour.
