The role of Server at Legends Global, specifically for the upcoming New Highmark Stadium opening in the 2026 NFL season, offers a unique opportunity for those passionate about exceptional guest service in a high-energy, live stadium environment. As a Server, candidates will play a crucial role in providing outstanding guest service while working cohesively with their team in an assigned area. This fast-paced, dynamic environment requires Servers to have a strong focus on guest satisfaction, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a pleasant and cooperative attitude toward customers, colleagues, and management. Servers are responsible not only for serving food and beverages, which include soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer but also for supporting service staff by clearing and cleaning tables and running food orders.

The role demands adherence to company policies, safety standards, and general compliance training, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and staff. Servers will be expected to perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing business needs, including working non-traditional hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays. This position requires physical stamina, as it involves standing, walking, reaching, bending, stooping, and occasionally lifting and transporting items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years experience in fast-paced high-end club or restaurant

Job Duties

  • Ability to interact with guests to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that exceed their expectations
