Chili's seeks team members who bring a great attitude and a proactive approach to both guests and coworkers. The ideal candidate thinks and acts quickly in busy, fast-paced environments, maintaining composure and providing attentive, customized service to each guest. While prior serving experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory, as training and development opportunities are available. This position requires a minimum age of 18 and offers an hourly wage of $11.00 plus tips, providing a competitive and rewarding compensation package.
